What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):
Customer Service:
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and employees with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Provide forms, information, and assistance as needed.
  • Support staff with online training questions and help maintain a positive environment.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls, offering basic information as needed.
  • Monitor voicemail and faxes, ensuring messages reach the appropriate team member.
  • Help maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with office opening/closing procedures and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
Clerical & Administrative Support:
  • Make copies, assemble packets, and assist with data entry.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with meeting prep (order food, prepare rooms, make coffee).
  • Run reports and maintain internal documents.
  • Update and manage phone and mailing lists for the agency.
  • Perform general office duties like scanning, copying, and printing as needed.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Hourly Wage: 
$17.72 - $21.54 per hour


What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A willingness to help with various office tasks and follow direction from multiple team members.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
