We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to empower people in their homes. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting people’s goals, fostering independence, and enriching their daily experiences.

The day to day:
  • Provide supports tailored to each individual’s needs and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, coaching through challenging moments, etc.)
  • Support in transportation to various activities and attending medical appointments as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
  • Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Teach valuable life skills
  • Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
  • Document care accurately to ensures ongoing support.
  • Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.

Location: St. Paul, Oakdale, Roseville, Vadnais Heights

Shifts: Afternoons, Weekends, Part-Time

Wage: $17.00/hour

What You Need:
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid US driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
