Mains’l Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless implementations, successful product launches, and impactful process improvements across the organization. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects spanning SaaS implementations, internal initiatives, and cross-functional product efforts. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, you’ll manage timelines, resources, risks, and communications to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and create meaningful value for our customers.

What you’ll do (Job Duties)
  • Plan and execute SaaS-related projects, including product launches, customer implementations, and internal initiatives, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining detailed plans and tracking progress
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and stakeholders) to ensure alignment, communication, and dependency management
  • Lead customer implementation efforts, ensuring successful onboarding, milestone completion, and resource coordination
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes clearly to stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and cross-team collaboration to enhance delivery efficiency and outcomes
What you Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related field
  • 3-6+ years of experience in project management, SaaS delivery, or related roles
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Project Management certification
  • Experience with SaaS implementation or product delivery projects
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Experience in SDLC
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience supporting SaaS platform development
Work Structure: Hybrid work model (Minnesota) 

Wage:  $74,600-110,700/year
