Mains’l Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to work 1:1 with  people in their own homes, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional providing 1:1 support, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those you work with. You will support others to live independently in their homes and communities, by providing quality care to their needs.  You have the flexibility to partner with those you support to create schedules that work for both of you, and you can work just a few hours a week up to full-time.

We are seeking support in the Metro area. Direct Support Professionals working in 1:1 service will have a flexible schedule, supporting individuals in a variety of supports including running errands, transportation, grocery shopping, household chores, exercise, meal prep and community involvement. You will have the opportunity to help others realize their hopes and dreams, build relationships with new people, and discover what more is possible.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to Pass a Background check through DHS

Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time, Hours flexible/vary

Salary: Starting $16.00/hour
