Mains'l is seeking a Full-Time Financial Management Services (FMS) Senior Manager. Position Overview:

The FMS Senior Manager leads a team of FMS professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional Financial Management Services for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) self-directed programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners to oversee the daily operations and drive progress toward organizational goals.

Salary: $63,960.00 - $$66,892.80

Work schedule: Full-Time- Includes in-office training, meetings, and work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, coach, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure clarity in team roles and goals that align with both the department’s and agency’s strategic vision.  
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement team and individual work plans that support both agency and individual growth.
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures that meet legal, contractual, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and guide correct actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure excellence and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred; or 3 years of leadership experience in a related area.
  • 3 years of experience in a related field, including participant-directed focus and experience in supervision, preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to promote organizational health.
  • Commitment to developing and supporting others.
  • Knowledge of rules, regulations, and best practices in self-direction programs and FMS services for the state served.
  • Experience using database technology and electronic systems to efficiently and effectively manage work processes and documentation.
