What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Offer person-centered support tailored to each individual’s unique needs — including personal care, behavioral support, and emotional coaching
  • Utilize positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques to help navigate challenging situations
  • Assist with transportation for community outings and medical appointments
  • Create and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming home environment
  • Support with household responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Encourage independence by teaching essential skills like budgeting, communication, and decision-making
  • Build meaningful relationships based on respect, advocacy, and trust
  • Complete accurate documentation to ensure quality support and compliance

Location: Monticello, MN
Shifts Available: Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a DSP or similar
  • Familiarity with de-escalation techniques
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Hold a Valid U.S. Drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, insured transportation
  • Must Pass a DHS Background Check and
