Work Environment:
- Hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite meetings in Brooklyn Park, MN
- Must be able to attend events, conferences, trade shows as needed
- Occasional travel to other meetings, events, and organizational locations as needed
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish annual and quarterly objectives, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
- Advise executive leadership on marketing opportunities, trends, and brand positioning.
- Support business growth, workforce recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and community visibility.
Strengthen and Elevate the Brand
- Serve as a steward of the Mains'l brand across multiple entities.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, media, and community channels.
- Guide marketing efforts that support recruitment, partnerships, and business development.
- Use stakeholder feedback and market insights to strengthen reputation and engagement.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members.
- Create clear priorities, workflows, and performance expectations.
- Evaluate department capacity and recommend strategic outsourcing, technology investments, and future staffing opportunities.
- Balance internal resources and external partnerships to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and vendor relationships.
- Use data and analytics to guide decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Demonstrate measurable marketing outcomes and return on investment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience managing people, projects, budgets, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, human services, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Experience leading marketing efforts across multiple brands, business units, or service lines.
