The Administrative Services Manager will work alongside and support the different departments within Mains’l, providing a variety of administrative services to internal stakeholders.  This position also develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders, including service vendors and contractors. The Administrative Services Manager provides leadership and supervision to the Support Services Department. This position also provides software administration, support and use so team members have the identified software and tools to perform their jobs well.

Work Structure: Monday-Friday 9a-5p (Minimum of 3 days a week in office, which may vary depending on the needs of the department/company).

Salary range: $63,691.00- $68,845.00

Core Responsibilities of the Administrative Services Manager:
 
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders including the executive and senior leadership teams
  • Provides leadership and supervision to the employees as assigned, including coaching and development, 1:1’s, and co-leads support services team meetings
  • Supports administrative work needed from team members
  • Provides support and insights to improve processes throughout the agency
  • Supports Software administration, support and use
  • Collaborates with external stakeholders to find solutions to meet agency needs
  • Welcoming; provides backup to reception team

Skills/Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience in Adobe Software, i.e., PDF Pro
  • Comfortable with web tools and internet research
  • Basic experience trouble shooting hardware and A/V access/technology
  • Experience in data base systems; Sandata experience a plus
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Creative, innovative, inquisitive, and eager to maintain different software and processes within the agency
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to effectively manage time with handling multiple inquiries at a time and support a number of people at a time
  • Easily builds and fosters new relationships with working groups and those we support
  • 6+ years Administrative Assistance experience
  • Previous in human services a plus
  • Previous knowledge of person-centered practices a plus
  • 3+ years of proven supervisory experience
