We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our Unit Based Services programs that support people to live purpose driven lives in their own homes or within communities of their choosing (non-licensed facilities). You’ll collaborate with managers, coordinators, directors, and stakeholders to ensure that each person we support has the best possible care, while also providing leadership and mentorship to your team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting continuous quality improvement, and helping our teams deliver person-centered services that achieve meaningful outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within Unit Based Services in accordance with Mains’l Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Coach and mentor teams to build a culture of quality, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and quality reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and trends to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Facilitate or lead service projects or work groups as needed.
What You Need:
- A commitment to person-centered practice and improving outcomes for people with disabilities
- Understanding of 245D Licensing Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a manager or supervisor in a program providing Direct Support Services to people who have disabilities or are 65 and older
- You must meet ONE of the following qualifications for 245D Designated Coordinator Status:
- A bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, plus one year of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, or equivalent experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
- An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, plus two years of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, or equivalent experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
- A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited institution, plus three years of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, or equivalent experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, plus four years of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed in (1) to (3).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
