Mains’l Services is currently hiring a Community Support Manager. As a Community Support Manager, you will be part of a leadership trio. You’ll lead a team that supports others with daily activities in their own homes, communities, and within relationships. This is a fun and unique opportunity for those interested in supporting others while gaining skills and knowledge through ongoing growth.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Support the individuals you work with through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling (may include transportation, cooking, and participating in wellness routines).
  • Collaborate with the individuals you support, your co-workers, and your supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately, both in documentation and verbal communication.
  • Manage staff scheduling and schedule appointments for those you support.
  • Participate in annual paperwork, support planning, and building person-centered plans.
  • Gain personal and professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  • Support others in realizing their hopes and dreams.
  • Having fun!
Location: Edina, MN
Shift: Days with every other weekend
Wage: $23.00 per hour


What You Need:
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid MN driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
