We’re currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Live-In Direct Support Professional to support an individual in their home. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding role with a comfortable living arrangement and meaningful work.

Pay & Schedule

Live- In Support (10pm-6am)

Average monthly rent and meal reimbursement of $1,380/month
Private lower-level living space included:
- Bedroom
- Bathroom
- Mini kitchen
- Family room
This role includes overnight live-in support, with onsite presence required from 10:00pm-6:00am

Direct Care Hours

Daily support: 6am–8am
Paid at $20.00/hour

Optional Additional Hours

Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–10pm
Paid at $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, you’ll support an individual with daily living and community involvement while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive environment.
You May:

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Support participation in community activities, sports, and appointments
Help with transportation, errands, and shopping
Offer companionship, encouragement, and supervision
Provide person-centered support tailored to individual needs
Assist with daily living activities, routines, and skill-building
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the support team

What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Team-oriented and able to collaborate with family members and caregivers
Good sense of humor and willingness to learn
Must be 18 years or older
Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
Ability to pass a DHS background check
