Are you a positive role model looking to support others in their home and community events?
If so, Mains’l Services has a job for you! We are currently hiring Community Support Coaches. As a Community Support Coach, you will work with young adults in their apartments, assisting with various activities such as transportation, meal planning, attending sporting events, and community dinners. You will help individuals build lasting skills and abilities through coaching while being a strong role model. Working as a Community Support Coach means engaging in a fun and active environment while making a real difference in the lives of others.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Support the individuals you work with to gain skills and knowledge through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling.
  • Collaborate with the people you support, your co-workers, and your supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
  • Provide assistance or support with activities of daily living in their home or community, based on the needs and preferences of the individual supported (may include transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping).
  • Complete clear and accurate documentation.
  • Help others reach their hopes and dreams.

Location: Edina, MN
Shift: Days or Evenings with every other weekend
Wage: $21.00 per hour


What You Need:
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid MN driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
